Network of the Year

This award recognises a network within an organisation that has made a meaningful and significant impact in supporting employees from minority groups. The network will have excelled in fostering an inclusive and empowering environment that encourages growth, achievement, and success. Entry is by a five A4 page submission; the judges will be looking for clear information backed up by facts that pay particular attention to the criteria listed below.

• Overview of the Network: Describe the network, its purpose, and the marginalised groups it supports. Include details about the network’s formation, structure, and objectives.
• Key Achievements: Highlight the network’s major achievements, including specific programmes, initiatives, or events that have successfully supported its members. Demonstrate how these efforts have contributed to fostering inclusivity, addressing challenges faced by marginalised groups, and driving positive outcomes for the organisation and its employees.
• Innovation: Describe any unique or creative approaches the network has employed to achieve its goals. This could include innovative use of resources, technologies, or methods to engage members and the broader organisation in inclusivity efforts.
• Impact on Members and the Organisation: Provide evidence of the measurable impact the network has had on its members and the organisation as a whole. This could include improved engagement, increased representation, career progression for members, or cultural changes within the organisation.
• Supporting Testimonials: Include testimonials from network members, organisational leaders, or other stakeholders that highlight the network’s value and contribution to fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace.
